Mango Salsa


Preparing Mango Salsa is super easy and you get to snack on pieces of juices while chopping your ingredients...you don't? Well I do :) You only need 8 ingredients, 5 of which are considered power foods. Can you guess the 5? Not only is it yummy and pretty to look at with all the festive colors, it's also good for you! 

Ingredients 
1 1/2 cups fresh mango, diced
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup red onions, finely chopped
1 tsp jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper

Preparation
  • Combine all the ingredients together in a last mixing bowl.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
